      摘要:

      近幾年「客家花布」普遍運用在客家庄的文化節慶活動上,客家花布產業目前所擁有的資源是否能使客家花布產業持續性的發展下去,遂引起本研究欲探究之動機。客家花布產業需透過資源基礎理論的觀點來分析其產業內部的核心資源及價值,先穩定及確定其產業的基礎何在,藉此才能發揮最大的效益。
      客家花布產業主要是由地方及社區所出發,故其發展規模可能會因此而有許多限制,依大環境的經濟不景氣、產業專業知識的缺乏及創意的有限性等三項由外部至內部分析的面向作敘述,但本研究以資源基礎的觀點來分析,著重的是產業內部所持有的資源,因此對於外部的分析著墨不多,只作一概略的描述。
      本研究方法採用質化方法中之深度訪談法,針對目前較積極從事客家花布產業的八個工作坊為主要研究對象。本研究結果發現,目前客家花布產業所帶來的社會價值明顯大於其經濟價值,故最重要的是保留客家文化意象,強調客家的意涵,否則易使人混淆其產品的定位,而基礎文本資料的建立不夠厚實,容易讓產品失去文化的意義,以致淪為一般商品。
      It has found that popular Hakka cotton prints is commonly used in Hakka culture festival activities in recent years. Hakka cotton prints industries owns their resources at present whether it can make Hakka cotton prints still sustained develop or not, and how to sustained develop in the future. Therefore, this is the reason why this research wanted to probe. Hakka cotton prints need to use in the strategy management area by analyzing the cord information in the interior of industry to create the advantage of competition to improve the cord values; however, it has to be stable and confirmative in the first place why the foundation of this industry to elaborate the utmost benefit is.
      Hakka cotton prints start from the main communities; hence, the scope of the development might be lots of restrictions such as the economic depression of the environment, a lack of the professional knowledge of industries, and the limit of creativeness. This three reasons from outside to inside to do some research, but this research uses the point of resource-based to analyze, and this research emphasize that Hakka cotton prints industries own the resource of the interior of industry. Consequently, the analyses of the outside researches are not detail instead compendium writing.
      Nowadays, the resources foundation of the cooperate world is widely Basing on the qualitative research method, the research adopts in-depth interviews to visit representative. It is energetically aimed at engaging in the eight workshops of Hakka cotton prints industries for main research object at present. The result of this research has found Hakka cotton prints industries bring the social value bigger than the economical value; hence, the most essential is to preserve the image of Hakka culture, or it easily makes people confuse the orientation of the products. What’s more, the establishment of the basic text information is not strong enough, and it is so easy losing the meaning of the culture that becomes general products.
